Once we receive the returned item, LMY Mobile & Gadgets will issue a full refund, excluding the initial shipping cost of your order, as we are unable to refund shipping fees.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the item not being eligible for a refund or being subject to a restocking fee. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for return shipments, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
